Everybody wants glowing skin, nutrition is necessary for our body which helps in nourishing your skin and body. People try a lot of methods to make their skin beautiful and attractive. They use the various products, is it enough for your skin?  No, it is not enough for your healthy skin. Your beautiful skin needs nutritional elements from within our body which goes to our body and provides nutritional elements to the cells. It replaces the old cells in our body.  There are many foods to keep your skin healthy. Adding the right balance of healthy foods and to include certain essential nutrients to your diet plan will help you to get healthy skin and body.

Over time, our skin naturally starts changing with age.  And it is also common that wrinkles and age spots start coming with time, but do you know what the reason is?  And can the skin be protected from all these things? The real reason for this is that we keep our face in excessive exposure to sunlight and using soaps, chemicals, and poor nutrition elements. Due to which it starts showing effects on our skin in no time. To keep our skin healthy one should eat antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables. This will give our skin optimum levels of nutrients which will give us glowing skin. There are some important nutritional elements for our healthy skin which include beta carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E, zinc and selenium. Our body needs all these nutrients.

5 Tips for your glowing skin:

1. Every day we must eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables:

There are powerful antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables that help in protecting cells from free radicals.  It can be smoke, pollution and sunlight wrinkles and canopy spots with age. To avoid this, we should eat colourful fruits and vegetables and make a goal of at least five fruits daily that we have to eat.  Lutein, which is found in beta carotene, carrots, sweet potato and pumpkin, bananas, papaya and spinach, walnuts, etc., is a powerful antioxidant, which is very important for our normal skin cell growth and healthy skin.

2. Eat Enough Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is an antioxidant. It helps support our immune system, promotes radiant skin and keeps the skin fine. The best sources include blackcurrant, Cantaloupe, Citrus fruits and juices, such as orange and grapefruit, Kiwi fruit, Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cranberries.

Watermelon etc. We need Vitamin C to produce collagen which helps strengthen the capillaries of our skin.

3. Consume Adequate Vitamin E:

Vitamin E, which protects your skin from oxidative damage and helps in the development of your healthy skin.  Foods high in Vitamin E protect our skin from oxidative damage and helps in the development of our healthy skin.  There are many foods high in Vitamin E, Which fulfills the deficiency of Vitamin E in our body and helps in keeping the skin healthy. Vitamin E is also good for our hair. Many people use Vitamin E for thicker and longer eyelashes.

  • Vegetable oil includes: Such as wheat germ, sunflower, safflower, corn, and soybean oil, etc.
  • Nuts: Such as almonds, peanuts, and hazelnuts/filberts, etc.
  • Seeds: Such as sunflower seeds, etc.
  • Green leafy vegetables: Such as spinach and broccoli, etc.


4. Good oil for Healthy skin:

Some oils are high in fatty acids; some of them are of good quality oils like extra virgin olive oil and expeller press oil. These oils contain more nutrients, which are very good for your skin.  These oils also help to make your skin smooth and to keep the skin healthy. If you want to keep the skin healthy & shiny, then you should stop eating fried things and it will be better for you to use olive oil in your food.

Skin is your largest organ, and it is very important to take care of it. Antioxidants that help protect the skin by limiting the production of free radicals. Antioxidants provide health and care to your skin. Antioxidants that contain vitamins and minerals - such as vitamins A, C, E, help you to protect your skin from free radicals. Foods, colourful fruits and vegetables such as berries, tomatoes, apricots, beets, squash, spinach, sweet potatoes, tangerines, peppers, beans, etc. are high in antioxidants.
